Hi, we'd like to introduce ourselves. We're Stan & Jenny Parsons, owners of the Seaside Restaurant, Trout River and The Victorian Manor Heritage Properties, Woody Point. We have been in the food and accommodation sector of tourism for 20 years (this being a notable anniversary year).
We are two local people who found a passion for family heritage, food & cooking, along with our cultural heritage. We love to share who we are with other people (you, the traveler).

My husband, Stan, is a journeyman carpenter and a self-taught chef. Usually, you will find Stan in the kitchen at seaside preparing some of his favorite dishes of lobster, scallops and veggies. |
| I, Jenny, am a teacher at an all-grade school here in Woody Point. I enjoy my summers moving from our accommodations to the dining room of Seaside Restaurant to meet as many of our guests as possible.
We reside in Woody Point with our daughter, Kendra, age 15, along with lots of family and friends.
We have become internationally know, not only for the clientele that we serve, but by the fact that our businesses have been featured in many travel books, magazines, and newspapers throughout the world.
